About the Role:
In this role, you will build the importer that moves entire automation systems in one click. Solve
complex data problems. Open new markets at scale.
Our automation platform handles 12B+ actions/month and powers real business outcomes for
millions of SMBs. Your importer will be a critical gateway enabling seamless migration into this
ecosystem
Requirements:
o 5+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale backend systems
o Strong fundamental engineering skills: architecture, clean code, testing.
o Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reliable data pipelines and integrations
o Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, especially with product
and design
o Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for engineering excellence
o Practical experience in reliable error handling at scale
o Deep database knowledge (MongoDB, Firestore)
o Proven experience handling complex API integrations and data transformations
o Strong knowledge of queues (Pub/Sub, Redis) and asynchronous processing.
Responsibilities:
o Architect and build an importer capable of migrating automation systems reliably
and at scale
o Parse complex external APIs and transform data into clear, usable structures
o Ensure imports are robust, error-free, and handle bulk operations smoothly
o Collaborate with product teams to deliver frictionless migrations
Bonus Points:
o Prior experience working on data import/export or migration systems
o Familiarity with SaaS systems in marketing automation or CRM domains
o Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
o Contributions to open-source tools or public technical content
