About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer (ROR + React js) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, driving full-stack solutions, and ensuring best engineering practices across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, maintainable applications.
• Work across the full stack – from backend services to modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Own technical delivery, review code, and enforce engineering best practices (CI/CD, code quality, testing).
• Drive innovation and help define long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.

Tech Stack

• Languages: Ruby, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, React.js, Next.js, Node.js
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS/GCP (or similar cloud platforms)
• Tools: Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, including team leadership.
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps tools.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and drive complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for clean, efficient code.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
