Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of healthcare domain exposure to support and drive business analysis activities for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in claims processing and EDI transactions (834) and be capable of working independently while managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary Business Analyst for healthcare initiatives, with a strong focus on claims and eligibility processes
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to EDI transactions, specifically 834 (Enrollment & Eligibility)
• Work closely with clients, business users, QA, development teams, and other stakeholders to drive requirements through the delivery lifecycle
• Independently manage client interactions, clarify requirements, and provide functional guidance
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Support QA and UAT activities by validating requirements, assisting with test scenarios, and resolving defects
• Drive stakeholder discussions, follow-ups, and decision-making to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare Claims processing
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, especially 834
• Working knowledge on SQL.
• Good understanding of enrollment, eligibility, and claims workflows
• Proven ability to work independently and handle end-to-end BA responsibilities
• Strong client handling and communication skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across geographies
• Ability to work in overlapping/onshore timings (4 PM - 1 AM IST)
