Job Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 12+ years of overall experience in data engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Talend.
• At least 7+ years of experience working with SQL and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW).
• Key Skills:
• Extensive experience with the Talend ETL tool and Snowflake or any cloud-based tools (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in connecting to REST APIs and posting data via API using the Talend ELT tool (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with Talend Administration, including managing remote engines, debugging and fixing Java/JVM issues, performing upgrades, and using the Talend Management Console.
• Technical Expertise:
• Solid experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, RedShift, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of data warehouse ETL design principles and best practices.
• Experience in building and optimizing cloud data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
• Responsibilities:
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata management, dependency, and workload management.
• Follow functional ETL specifications, challenge business logic and schema design where appropriate, and manage time effectively.
• Provide production support during US EST hours, including weekends as required.
• Soft Skills:
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong logic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
