Senior Performance Test Engineer – 8+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance and load tests.
- Monitor performance using observability tools.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure performance standards across delivery pipelines.
- Gatling: Advanced proficiency in performance test scripting and execution (Mandatory)
- Datadog: Experience in performance monitoring and observability
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure (Mandatory)
- Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with GitLab or GitHub (Mandatory)
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams with tools like JIRA (Mandatory)
- Experience with additional performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized environments
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
