Requirements ● Have a first experience as a Team Lead ● Have solid experience with the life cycle used in a software organization and a good understanding of software & release delivery ● Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders ● Have experience with Agile methods ● Document, mentor, and collaborate with clarity and intention ● Stay curious, self-driven, and open to continuous learning ● Have practical experience with Jira ● You're well known with Java development and knowledge of NodeJS/Typescript/Python is a plus. ● You know how to use Maven (or Gradle). ● Concepts of containerization, preferably Docker and Kubernetes are well known to you. ● You master and can modify CI/CD pipelines. We use Bitbucket pipelines so any experience with them is a considerable plus. ● You have solid experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). ● Fluent in English ● Be open to traveling to Belgium up to 2–3 times per year.
