Job Title: Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Years of Experience: 7– 10 Years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Keys Skills: Python, Generative AI, Large Language Model, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), ML Concepts, Prompt Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Lead, Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems.

·        Build scalable data pipelines and model workflows on Google Cloud Platform.

·        Implement, monitor, and optimize agent performance (autonomy, accuracy, latency, resource usage).

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic AI into business processes.

·        Document workflows and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

·        Continuously improve AI agents based on feedback and new data.

·        Engineer robust machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility and scalability in production environments.

·        Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support AI-driven decision-making.

·        Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI models and data pipelines.

·        Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply them to enhance existing solutions.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model deployment and data integration.

·        Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD processes for AI engineering workflows.

Qualification & Experience:

·        7 - 10 Years of Experience in agentic AI architectures and frameworks

·        Architecting scalable ML solutions

·        Advanced MLOps and automation

·        Data governance and security

·        Mentoring and technical leadership
