Job Description:

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and performant applications. This position requires at least 10 years of experience in .NET development, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web and desktop applications.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience as a .NET Developer or similar role.
• Extensive experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
