Lead Software Engineer - Techno Functional Peoplesoft FSCM

5- to 8 years of Peoplesoft FSCM(Procurement, Accounts Payables, Asset Management, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger) Techno-Functional hands-on experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.Having 2 or more end to end implementation experience . .Having a strong understanding of finance functional process knowledge on the PS modules. Having a strong working knowledge on SQL queries and PS Queries. Having a strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations; Having a strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements; Proven skills in quality assurance, including creation of testing scripts and test execution; Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of business systems. Interact with business system users and understand the requirements, providing best possible solutions co-ordinate for development, test and delivery. This position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
