Lead Software Engineer- Adobe+MS SQL

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the campaign management and development process
• Build and manage data required for audiences and campaigns, and construct customer journeys
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Write code in programming languages such as Python and shell script on Linux
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business use cases leveraging AEP functionalities
• Monitor the performance of AEP solutions, proactively identify issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Implement data quality checks and validations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Create and measure customer journeys, campaigns, and configurations across multiple channels

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe platform, especially Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Strong understanding of campaign management and customer journey creation
• Proficiency in coding with Python and shell scripting on Linux
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development
• Basic working knowledge of MS SQL (nice-to-have)

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
