We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for leading the development of high-scale applications using Java and advanced data structures and algorithms. If you are eager to tackle challenging engineering problems, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and architects on design decisions
• Develop end user applications with high scalability and throughput
• Provide technical and design guidance and establish standards
• Improve and optimize software development processes
• Design enterprise applications that meet client needs
• Lead a team to ensure best practices in coding and design
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance
• Implement automated testing practices to enhance code quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with 8 to 12 years in the industry
• Proficiency in Java 8 and familiarity with Spring Boot
• Background in data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of microservices and REST API design
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and problem-solving techniques
• Capability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
• English proficiency for effective communication

Nice to have

• Certification in Java programming
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Experience with open-source projects like Apache and Spring
• Familiarity with Kafka and streaming technologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
