Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture design patterns and coding standards.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project updates.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Extensive experience with AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of leading software development projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
