About Business Unit:
The Business Management team empowers our leaders to manage our client businesses, supporting them with business systems and processes enabled by latest technology and data-driven insights for better decision making. We are primarily responsible for design, development and governance of the business data, delivery performance, resource management and project management of strategic initiatives to realize corporate strategy and goals. The teams measure, manage, and connect business KPIs across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization. They augment our leaders with insights, strategic vision, and actionable plans to function effectively. Equipped with data and technology, the team is keen on bringing novel business solutions to life.

Responsibilities
What you will do
- Develop complete solutions within realistic budget and schedule requirements
- Design, develop, unit test and release functionality that enhances user experience
- Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Create technical documentation on tools landscape, build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Organize, coordinate and drive strategic programs related to OneDB, BRIC, Resource Management, Data Source Integration and Process Automation
- Conduct code review and ensure quality of build is good
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Identify risks and issues related to the tools / processes and have mitigation plans to for continuity and enhancement of existing process
- Identify areas of process improvement and automate using existing or new tools
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience as full stack developer
- Hands on experience in React JS (Material UI), CSS3, Javascript, HTML5, jQuery, Bootstrap and Node.JS
- Must have good knowledge on ASP.NET framework and experience in creating / managing web APIs
- Good experience with any database SQL/MS SQL/Oracle along with AWS
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Hands on experience in AWS cloud and ETL integrations across different systems
- Good to have knowledge on Management Reporting tools, SDLC, Agile practices and project management skills
- Good to have knowledge on Python and AI automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical and technical audiences.
