Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of solution architecture, design, and implementation using .NET, AWS, and Azure.
- Set technical standards and carry out standard practices across the engineering team.
- Lead by example—write production-quality code, perform deep code reviews, resolve the toughest technical challenges, and always focus on code quality, security, and performance.
- Deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures.
- Drive cloud adoption, automation, and DevOps maturity; eliminate bottlenecks and manual processes.
- Mentor, coach, and elevate the team—demand high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate directly with business leaders to translate high-reaching goals into robust technical solutions.
- Proactively identify risks, anticipate scaling challenges, and deliver resilient, high-availability systems.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#, Entity Framework, LINQ).
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud security.
- Skilled in asynchronous programming and multithreading.
- Strong expertise in Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus etc.) and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud security.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and backend security.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and diagnostics in .NET applications.
- Work on a critical system with high visibility across the organization.
