About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, data modeling, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), along with proven leadership abilities to guide a team of developers in delivering state-of-the-art solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that leverage data modeling, analytics, AI, and conversational AI to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Conversational AI Development: Develop and deploy conversational AI bots, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into our products and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Data Strategy: Work with data engineers and scientists to define data modeling strategies and implement analytics solutions that drive business insights and regulatory compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and technical excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and compliance, to understand and translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and security standards.
• Technology Advancement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in data analytics, AI, and conversational AI to drive innovation within the development team.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience, with at least 4-6 years in a lead or senior developer role.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience in developing conversational AI bots using frameworks such as Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar is a plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
