Lead Software Engineer

Hiring: Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack (Individual Contributor)

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong backend expertise and cloud experience to build and scale enterprise-grade platforms.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java or any major object-oriented programming language
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks
• Strong understanding of system design, scalable architectures, and distributed systems
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS cloud experience
• Experience with microservices, APIs, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred
• Must come from strong product engineering environments
