Lead Software Engineer , AI Accelerator Group

Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

We are building a new, specialized AI Accelerator Group. This team's mission is to enable and accelerate AI adoption across our entire business by designing and building end-to-end AI solutions. Your Mission: Be the AI Technical Anchor

As the Engineering Lead, you are the technical heart of the AI Accelerator Group. You will guide the team to transform ambitious AI concepts into robust, scalable, and high-quality software. You are both a mentor and a master builder, setting the standard for technical excellence.

• You will lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end cutting-edge solutions.
• You will apply your deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and microservice architecture to build performant solutions.
• You will work across the full stack, using your expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks like React/Angular.
• You will mentor a talented team of engineers, leading by example, managing tasks, and fostering a culture of innovation and quality.
• You'll work closely with architects and product managers to ensure your team's deliverables are high-quality and on time.
  
  

This role is for you if:

• You are passionate about building great software and excited by the challenge of working with Generative AI.
• You have 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
• You are an expert in C#, .NET, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP). If your experience is in a different tech stack, you are still welcome to apply.
• You are passionate about building great software and excited by the challenge of working with Generative AI.
• You are a superb collaborator, with strong communication skills and experience working with international colleagues.
