Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to spearhead Generative AI

initiatives using Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI services. You will play a pivotal role in

architecting, developing and deploying AI-driven applications that deliver real business value.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of

technology, strategy and innovation.

What You'll Do

 Architect and design the GenAI Solution leveraging Azure OpenAI Services, GPT models

And Other Azure AI Capabilities.

 Configure, Deploy & Scale systems and solutions in Azure Cloud.

 Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, fine-tune LLMs and integrate

vector databases.

 Participate in full project life cycle (including requirement analysis, system design,

development and support if required)

 Develop, maintain and support existing Python applications and analyse and convert

business requirements as needed.

 Analyse and revise existing system logic di􀆯iculties and ensure that technical

knowledge of all phases of application systems is maintained.

 Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides.

 Lead the team of AI engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical

guidance to drive project success.

 You will be the key lead in reporting on project status and product development status to

leadership.

 Collaborate with our SME to define and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Who You Are

 6 - 8 years of experience in Python Programming with at least 3 years of experience in

Generative AI applications.

 Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure

Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, etc)

 Expertise in using OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, GPT-4, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.).

 Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages used in AI application

development.

 Should have strong knowledge, and understanding of the GenAI models, algorithms,

and techniques - OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Palm, LLMs, how to deploy them on cloud/

on-premises and use APIs to build Industry solutions.

 Experienced in implementing and optimizing generative models for various applications

such as code generation, text generation, image synthesis, and data augmentation.

 Experienced in using frameworks like LangChain, Llamaindex, and Semantic Kernel.

 Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector

stores.

 Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

 VSCode extension development experience will be a plus.

 Proven experience leading AI/ML teams, with a track record of delivering projects and

mentoring team members will be an added advantage.
