About The Department
The Enterprise Data & Analytics team empowers the organization with secure, high-quality, and well-governed data to enable informed decisions and strategic outcomes. Leveraging reusable data platforms, the team drives data governance and self-service analytics, providing intuitive access to reliable information. With deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and modern development practices, we deliver secure, high-performance platforms. Operating in an Agile environment, team members collaborate across functions, share knowledge, and foster innovation. By working closely with business and technology leaders, we align data solutions with enterprise objectives while upholding robust architecture and governance standards.
How You Will Add Value?
- You will design and maintain scalable, reusable and configurable data platform frameworks using AWS services.
- You will lead development of containerized and serverless applications for performance and security.
- You will guide teams in creating and maintaining modern web apps using ReactJS and Node.js.
- You will provide technical leadership for data services and user interface design.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frameworks and data engineering products.
- You will mentor junior engineers on best practices in design, develop and deployment.
Experience, Education & Certifications
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, data engineering and APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines and analytic solutions using AWS.
- Expertise in Docker and container-based architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proven ability to manage global teams and full project lifecycle.
- AWS Certified Developer and/or Solutions Architect.
- Strong Python skills for backend development and automation.
- Proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Expertise in serverless architecture, distributed systems and microservices
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
- Knowledge of responsive design and performance optimization.
- Expertise in AWS services like S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, ECS, AppSync, Kinesis, OpenSearch, Athena etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and release management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
