We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge web applications built on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Nest.js/Next.js frameworks. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web solutions while mentoring developers and fostering a high-performance development culture.

Responsibilities
- 8-13 years of professional experience with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks like React.js
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript combined with experience in tools like Webpack, Gulp, and Babel
- Proficiency in building and maintaining server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js
- Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming principles
- Hands-on experience in React state management using tools like Redux
- Practical expertise with Next.js and Nest.js frameworks
- Capability to write maintainable unit tests
- Competency in code versioning tools like Git
