Overview
Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled security professional to take ownership of enterprise Zscaler operations and drive secure access initiatives across internet and private applications. This role plays a critical part in implementing Zero Trust architecture, strengthening cloud security controls, and safeguarding organizational data. The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity and seamless user experience across the enterprise environment.
What You Will Be Responsible For:

Overseeing day-to-day operations, configuration, and performance of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

Designing and maintaining secure traffic forwarding setups using Client Connector, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and PAC configurations.

Enhancing security posture through continuous tuning of access policies, SSL inspection rules, threat protection settings, and DLP frameworks.

Managing identity integrations and authentication flows to support secure user access.

Driving compliance initiatives, coordinating upgrades, and addressing vulnerabilities in partnership with support teams.

Producing operational guides, solution diagrams, and technical documentation to support ongoing security operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 6 years of experience in network security, cloud security, or Zero Trust environments.

Strong practical knowledge of Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA) and endpoint agents.

Experience configuring secure tunnels (GRE/IPsec) and implementing identity-based access controls.

Solid understanding of DLP strategies, CASB solutions, SaaS security governance, and SASE frameworks.

Working knowledge of SSL/TLS inspection, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise networking fundamentals.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex security and connectivity challenges efficiently.
