About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Integration: Use approved text-based storyboards to update course text, images, and layout inside the Brightspot CMS.
2. Interactive Development: Build simple, engaging interactive activities (drag-and-drops, flashcards, etc.) using Mindsmith based on SME instructions.
3. Assessment Linking: Embed and integrate pre-built Learnosity quizzes into the course flow.
4. Canvas LMS Mastering (Critical): Publish signed-off courses from Brightspot to Canvas LMS via LTI.
5. Course Configuration: Manage the backend of Canvas by updating the Table of Contents (TOC), configuring modules, adjusting Gradebook settings, and testing LTI links according to strict client guidelines.
6. QA Revisions: Collaborate with the QA testing team to quickly perform bug fixes and structural updates in both Brightspot and Canvas.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Direct experience working with Brightspot CMS
2. 2. Experience with Mindsmith authoring or Learnosity assessment integration
3. 3. Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA digital accessibility standards (alt text, heading structures)
4. 4. High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately replicate storyboards in a digital environment without errors
5. 5. Experience working in Agile environments and using ticketing tools such as Jira, Asana, or Google Sheets
