What Youll Do
- Build and scale full-stack applications that drive real business impact
- Architect clean, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end
- Seamlessly integrate third-party and legacy systems into a unified tech ecosystem
- Optimize for speed, security, scalability, and user experience
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement elegant solutions
- Mentor developers and advocate for engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer
- Command over front-end tech (HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks)
- Proficiency in back-end languages like Node.js, Python, or Java
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven track record of connecting complex systems into a seamless digital flow
- Exposure to DevOps tools : Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborative mindset and comfort in Agile environments
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Nice to Have (but Not Mandatory) : Experience with hospitality industry software (PMS, CRS, POS, etc.)
