Overview

Job Title: Linux/Windows System Administrator Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur Responsibility and Duties: • Graduation in Technical Degree B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent course such as MCSA or RHCSA or RHCE preferred. • Basic Installation & Server Monitoring • Installation and configuration of web hosting control panels like, SolidCP and Plesk. • Installation and maintenance of virtualservers • Manage, coordinate and implement software upgrades, patches, fixes on servers Prioritizing and managing multiple open tickets at once. • Knowledge about server management, Docker, Kubernetes, Samba, Ansible. • Linux/Windowsserver administration, management,setup and migration. • System Backups • MSSQL and MySQL Admin • Server Security • Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity • Deliverable will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated ticketsfrom various levels. • Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team member

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
