About The Role

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be a recognized technical authority, shaping technical strategy and driving innovation across multiple teams or business units. You will provide expert technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and influence technology adoption at an organizational level. This role requires deep expertise in software engineering, a strong understanding of emerging industry trends, and the ability to define and execute a long-term technical vision. Qualifications

Education/Experience :

• Bachelor's or Masters degree or equivalent qualifications, or substantial industry experience demonstrating comparable expertise.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on innovation and technical leadership.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing highly complex software systems.
• Experience driving technical innovation and shaping enterprise-wide technical :
• Expert-level mastery of multiple programming languages, including Node.js, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, and React.js, along with deep expertise in relevant
  
  

frameworks, and technologies.

• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
