Job Description:

Droom is looking for a skilled Mac Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have complete expertise in macOS, along with experience in device provisioning, onboarding processes, and biometric system management. Additionally, the candidate should possess basic Windows troubleshooting skills (50% proficiency) to support cross-platform environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Mac devices (MacBook, iMac, macOS software).
• Handle device provisioning and onboarding, including setup of new employee systems, software installations, and security configurations.
• Administer and troubleshoot biometric authentication systems for employee access control.
• Support macOS updates, security patches, and software installations.
• Implement and manage MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions like Jamf, Intune, or Apple Business Manager.
• Assist users with macOS-related issues (networking, software, system performance, hardware troubleshooting).
• Provide basic Windows support (user account management, application installations, troubleshooting).
• Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking issued Mac and Windows devices.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and best practices.
• Work closely with IT teams to support hybrid macOS and Windows environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support with a focus on Mac environments.
• Deep understanding of macOS, including system administration, troubleshooting, and security configurations.
• Experience with onboarding processes and IT asset deployment.
• Hands-on experience with biometric authentication systems.
• Basic Windows knowledge (50% proficiency), including troubleshooting and user support.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like Jamf, Intune, or Apple Business Manager.
• Understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist end-users efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, and basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• Prior experience working in a hybrid macOS and Windows IT environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
