Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software development, with proficiency in Java or Python programming stacks. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with NoSQL databases and cloud technologies. Successful candidates must have a proven track record of solving industry problems and possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable data solutions.
Utilize Java or Python programming stacks to develop and maintain software applications.
Work with NoSQL databases to store and manage unstructured data efficiently.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science technologies.
Document processes, models, and code to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Job Requirement

Preferred candidate would have:

2-5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related roles.
Proficiency in Java or Python programming stacks.
Should be able Deliver End to End AI based solution.
Must have experience in GenAI.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Education criteria - bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Machine learning or Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Expertise:

Experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Proficiency in Java or Python Full Stack Development.
Proficiency in SDLC
Proficiency in Data Structures.
Proficiency in Database Technologies.
Proficiency in GenAi python Stack for Development.
