Machine Learning Engineer

ML Engineer – 2+ Years Experience 

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable ML solutions that drive real business impact. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in machine learning and data science, and a desire to work on real-world problems in a collaborative environment. 

Technical Requirements 

• Proficient in Python with hands-on experience using key data science libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and matplotlib for data manipulation, analysis, and model building. 
• Skilled in SQL for efficiently querying, transforming, and analyzing structured data from relational databases. 
• Strong foundation in probability and statistics, including hypothesis testing, distributions, statistical inference, and regression techniques, essential for building and evaluating robust models. 
• Understanding of core machine learning algorithms, such as decision trees, logistic regression, k-means, and ensemble methods, along with knowledge of model evaluation techniques like cross-validation, confusion matrices, and ROC-AUC. 

Preferred / Optional Skills 

• Basic knowledge of MLOps principles, including model versioning, testing, monitoring, and deployment of workflows in production environments. 
• Exposure to NLP tools and deep learning frameworks, such as NLTK for natural language processing tasks and TensorFlow or PyTorch for building neural networks. 
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration, and Docker for packaging and deploying machine learning environments. 
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure, particularly in the context of ML workflows and data pipelines.
