We are currently looking for a talented Machine Learning - AI Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models to support business goals.
• Work with large datasets to extract, clean, and analyze data using machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical methods.
• Develop and deploy predictive models to improve decision-making processes in healthcare administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, data scientists, engineers) to understand business requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing AI/ML models to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Take ownership of end-to-end solutions, from data processing and model development to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in machine learning, AI, and healthcare technology.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML-related issues, ensuring high-quality, robust solutions.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, and data science.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.) and libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Proficiency in handling large datasets, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of data modeling, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning in real-world applications (preferably in the healthcare or insurance domain).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and protocols (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
