Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in developing intelligent conversational interfaces and natural language processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in training machine learning models for tasks such as data classification and speech recognition, along with expertise in enhancing intent recognition systems. Proficiency in Python is essential, coupled with knowledge of computational linguistics and familiarity with large language models (LLMs).

Tech stack

• Experience with conversational interfaces and natural language processing
• Experience training machine learning algorithms for data classification and/or speech recognition
• Experience improving intent recognition of a data classification model
• Experience with Python
• Unique skillset in computational linguistics and technical experience
• Familiarity with LLMs
• Familiarity with using version control technologies such as Git, SVN, or JIRA

Tools & Technologies Used:

• RAG Pipeline Architecture:

Designed and implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance LLM capabilities with contextual data retrieval.

• Ragas Framework:

Utilized for evaluating the quality of RAG-based responses using industry-standard metrics such as:

• Context Precision
• Context Recall
• Answer Relevance
• Machine Learning & NLP Libraries:
• PyTorch: For building and fine-tuning deep learning models.
• Scikit-learn: For implementing and testing traditional ML algorithms in classification and evaluation tasks.
• Conversational AI & LLM Integration:
• Langchain & Langraph: For chaining and managing LLM-driven workflows and context-aware applications.
• UI/UX and Dashboarding:
• Streamlit: For building interactive, real-time dashboards and applications for model evaluation and demonstrations.
• Data Visualization & Graphing:
• Plotly & Seaborn: For generating insightful visualizations to analyze model performance, context quality, and metric trends.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
