Team Overview

The Innovation and Intelligence Team within the Data and Analytics Operations function of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) delivers and supports several Data Science capabilities. Our team works in an agile manner to prioritize and deliver value at pace while maintaining a focus on long-term initiatives and technical capabilities to enable continuous improvement of our service offering. We collaborate closely with Engineering teams to influence the D&A Operations technology roadmap and partner with D&A Ops leaders to build ways of working that nurture innovation, speed, and quality.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

• Design and develop solutions and capabilities powered by AI/ML technologies.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand and scope requirements and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop MVPs to test the validity of approaches for various use cases.
• Integrate developed solutions with platforms.
• Set up data pipelines, inference pipelines, and other automations.
• Continuously learn and quickly upskill in relevant technologies.
• Work closely with Operations and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  
  

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience as an AI/ML professional.
• A strong understanding of Python programming concepts, leading practices, and SQL skills.
• Experience in any cloud computing environment.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) methodologies.
• An eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
