About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (Full Stack) to join our core team and help build a high-performance AI platform capable of processing billions of data points.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and deploy intelligent systems for campaign automation, real-time analytics, and creative optimization—working across machine learning models, APIs, databases, and scalable front-end systems.

You’ll gain exposure to Python, AWS, MongoDB, React, and ML frameworks while solving real-world challenges in large-scale data processing, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
• Develop, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for ad automation and behavioral analytics.
• Build and maintain APIs to integrate ML systems with front-end and back-end components.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and schemas using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions.
• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security across cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and continuously improve performance.
• Contribute to front-end modules that visualize AI insights and analytics dashboards using React.js.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience in MongoDB, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), and FastAPI/Flask for model deployment.
• Intermediate knowledge of React.js and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Understanding of data pipelines, RESTful APIs, design patterns, and scalable architectures.
• Strong foundation in statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Ability to break down and solve complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
• A growth mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
