What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on modern GenAI techniques. You will work at the intersection of traditional ML engineering and emerging generative AI technologies, building scalable systems that leverage both conventional algorithms and state-of-the-art language models.

Key Responsibilities

ML System Development & Deployment

• Design and develop machine learning systems and self-running AI applications for predictive modeling and automation
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment using microservices architecture
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms using Python, with expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions following SDLC best practices
  
  

GenAI & Advanced Techniques

• Develop and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for grounding LLM outputs in external data
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance GenAI model performance
• Build multi-modal AI solutions that can process and generate content across text, images, and other data types- Implement advanced RAG techniques including context enrichment, and fusion retrieval
  
  

Data Science & Analytics

• Perform statistical analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training
• Conduct data mining, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality training data
• Analyze model performance metrics and implement strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency
  
  

Software Engineering & DevOps

• Write robust, maintainable code following software engineering best practices
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices
  
  

Technical Skills

Programming & Frameworks

• Advanced proficiency in Python with experience in ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
• Proficiency in NoSQL/SQL for data manipulation and retrieval
  
  

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Deep understanding of ML algorithms including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques
  
  

GenAI & Modern Techniques

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques for optimizing GenAI outputs
• Experience implementing RAG systems using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of multi-modal AI capabilities and cross-modal learning
  
  

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced RAG techniques including query transformation and agentic architectures
• Contributions to open-source ML projects
  
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
