Job Title: Manager – Business Analyst (Marketing)
Department: Marketing
Location: Nagpur
Reports To: Head – Marketing / Strategy Lead

Experience Required: 6–10 years (Pharma background preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead the business analysis function, take ownership of client review calls (particularly with client-side sales teams), and support data-driven marketing decisions. A background in the pharmaceutical industry will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business analysis efforts for the Marketing team, with a strong focus on sales performance and market insights.
- Take ownership of client sales team review calls, ensuring meaningful insights and actionable takeaways.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data insights.
- Manage and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts and Analysts.
- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and market intelligence summaries.
- Provide competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and ROI evaluation of campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies.
- Use advanced tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to analyze data and generate reports.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in current business processes and recommend improvements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business Analytics preferred.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of pharma sales and marketing processes is highly preferred.
- Experience handling client-facing review calls with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Ability to lead and mentor a small team of analysts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CRM and pharma sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales KPIs and metrics.
- Exposure to omnichannel marketing analytics.
