Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA/Test Engineer with around 2 years of experience in testing web applications.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our development team (React + Python stack) to ensure our logistics marketplace platform is stable, user-friendly, and secure across both desktop and mobile environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end test cases
• Perform functional, regression, usability, security, and cross-browser testing
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and detailed bug reports
• Collaborate with developers and the product team to isolate bugs and validate fixes
• Validate backend APIs and database operations for data integrity and business logic accuracy
• Ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms

Requirements

• ~2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, Sauce Labs, Lighthouse, Appium etc.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle
• Basic familiarity with React/JavaScript frontends and Python backends (Django or Flask) is a plus
• Bonus: Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, or booking platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
• Understanding of secure data handling practices and GDPR compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
