Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Engineer with a strong background in software testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of test methodologies, be capable of designing comprehensive test cases, and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UX designers) to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Advocate for best practices in QA and continuously improve processes and workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in manual testing for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
