  Job Title: Manual Tester
  Experience: 4 to 5 Years

  About the Role: Bautomate is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, along with strong understanding of SDLC/STLC processes. Youll collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, prepare test plans, and write detailed test cases.
  Execute test cases manually and report bugs with clear documentation.
  Perform regression, functional, UI, and integration testing.
  Collaborate closely with developers and product teams for issue resolution.
  Validate defect fixes and maintain test documentation.
  Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
  Required Skills:
  4+ years of experience in manual testing of web/mobile applications.
  Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle.
  Good hands-on experience with test case design and execution.
  Familiar with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Mantis.
  Experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
  Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  
  Nice to Have:
  Experience testing SaaS products or workflow automation tools.
  Exposure to database testing (SQL basics).
  Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium) is a plus.
