Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Manual Tester with 1–2 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI, and usability testing.
- Provide clear and concise bug reports and test summary reports.
- Participate in test planning, test reviews, and retrospectives.
- 1–2 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
