Job Description: - Manual Tester: -

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 3-5 years of experience in web-based application testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC), test case design, defect reporting, and retesting. The candidate should also possess good communication and analytical skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to define comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, UI, regression, integration, and system testing across web-based applications.
• Execute test cases manually, document results, and identify defects.
• Track, report, and validate defects in JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in manual testing for web-based applications.
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint cycles.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
