Our Products are deployed at leading enterprises across India in Retail, Consumer Products, Automobile, Textile, Engineering and Construction domains.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center, or similar test management tools.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify issues and inconsistencies within software functionality.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about testing scenarios.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document defects and collaborate effectively

with team members.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Methodologies: Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and testing life

cycles (STLC).

Key Responsibilities:

Test Execution: Perform manual testing on web applications, ensuring they meet functional, business requirements.

Test Case Design: Create, review, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on functional and business requirements.

Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using test management tools. Collaborate with developers to

reproduce and troubleshoot issues.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing during each release cycle to ensure existing functionalities remain

unaffected.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT and assist stakeholders in understanding test results.

Test Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, cases, and results. Provide regular reports on testing

progress and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand

requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives to improve testing processes and methodologies.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in manual testing with a proven ability to design and execute test cases.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc/ BCA in Any Specialization

PG: M.Tech /MS/M.Sc(Science)/MCA in Any Specialisation

Job Location: Thane.
