Job Title: Manual Tester – Marketing Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Tester with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing and SQL to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of the Marketing Operations domain, including marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and campaign workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and functional specs related to marketing platforms.
• Design and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Perform thorough manual testing of web applications, campaign workflows, and CRM integrations.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (devs, product, analysts) to ensure high-quality releases.
• Validate email templates, forms, lead workflows, and customer journeys end-to-end.
• Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong manual testing skills with in-depth understanding of testing principles and processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL: ability to write complex queries for data validation.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Experience with campaign performance tracking and lead lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
