Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Manual Tester Intern to help test and validate our platform. This role involves testing platform features, UI/UX, responsiveness, and overall product experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in product quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature & Functional Testing
  Perform manual testing of platform features and workflows.
  Validate application behavior for:
  Accuracy
  Functionality
  Consistency
  Edge cases and failure scenarios
  Test user journeys and overall platform usability.
  Verify integrations between frontend interfaces, APIs, and backend services.

• UI/UX & Functional Testing
  Test application UI for:
  Responsiveness across devices
  Layout consistency
  User flow issues
  Navigation and usability
  Identify broken workflows, visual bugs, and interaction inconsistencies.
  Perform regression and sanity testing after releases.
  Validate forms, dashboards, settings, and overall platform interactions.

• Bug Reporting & Documentation
  Create detailed bug reports with:
  Steps to reproduce
  Expected vs actual behavior
  Screenshots/videos
  Severity and impact
  Maintain testing checklists and test case documentation.
  Collaborate with developers and product teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of software testing concepts
Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
Ability to identify usability and workflow issues
Familiarity with web applications
Good communication and documentation skills
Basic understanding of:
APIs
Browser testing
Application workflows

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Understanding of:
Software testing lifecycle
API testing concepts
Responsive testing principles
Experience using tools like:
Postman
Browser DevTools
Knowledge of responsive testing across desktop devices.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc in CS/IT or related field
Passion for product quality and testing.
Eagerness to learn fast in a startup environment.
