We’re now looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who can turn marketing performance into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into scale. If you love a good dashboard and a good laddoo, this one’s for you.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing & Growth team to dig into data, spot patterns, and help our team make sharper marketing decisions.
This role is based out of our head office in Lalbaug (Parel).

Who You Are
- You have 2-4 years experience in a marketing analyst, growth analyst, or ecommerce analytics role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Shopify and understanding of UTM-based tracking.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and ecommerce funnels.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with D2C or consumer brands, especially in food/lifestyle/gifting.
- Work closely with the Growth team & Head of Marketing to drive revenue growth through actionable data insights.
- Build & own weekly/monthly marketing dashboards.
- Develop reports to drive faster decision making across sales channels.
- Analyze performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms.
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM and other key KPIs; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Use Shopify, GA4 and heatmapping tools to monitor website performance.
- Identify patterns in user behavior (bounce rates, scroll depth, page exits) and suggest optimizations.
- Work on segmenting customer data based on location, device, or purchase behavior.
