At Axi, data drives decisions. We’re hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to design and maintain data infrastructure, analyze metrics, and enable smart business choices across marketing, product, and finance.
What You’ll Do
Tracking Implementation & QA (40-50%)
- Draft technical specifications for event tracking implementations across web and mobile platforms
- Create detailed implementation tickets for development teams and review their work
- QA event implementations: validate event names, properties, schemas, and funnel logic
- Monitor and troubleshoot Segment CDP data flows, sources, and destinations
- Maintain event taxonomy and tracking documentation
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio based on BigQuery data
- Validate reverse ETL calculations and data accuracy for marketing automation systems
- Execute daily health checks on data pipelines (dormant user detection, reactivation logic, cohort analysis)
- Monitor data quality across attribution systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, AppsFlyer)
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and anomalies in marketing and product analytics
- Document existing tracking implementations and create technical specifications
- Maintain runbooks for data validation and monitoring procedures
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to define tracking requirements
- Support implementation of new analytics features and measurement frameworks
- Proficient in SQL, Python and JavaScript
- Experience with Pandas/NumPy; familiarity with funnel analysis and marketing attribution.
- Excellent analytical thinking, structured reasoning, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, able to work under tight deadlines.
- Degree in Science or Mathematics—strong academic performance required.
- Fluent in English, with clear communication skills.
- BI/reporting experience in iGaming, insurance, e-commerce, or online casino industries.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
