Marketing Operations Specialist/Business Analyst - Internship

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. PMO: Update project trackers, craft resource reports & dashboards, maintain SharePoint hubs, coordinate design tasks with creative teams, and prioritize with stakeholders for flawless timelines.
2. Operations: Manage end-to-end processes for vendor registrations & docs, handle PIs/WOs/POs, validate invoices within ERP, and maintain complete backups.
3. Market intel pro: Track country-wide events/conferences across sectors, maintain master trackers for events/ competition/ industry activities, and launch weekly/ monthly mailers with curated insights.
4. Communications: Is confident in communicating ideas, project execution, and collaborating.

Stipend:

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

Other Requirements:

Who fits?

- Fresh grads/early-career pros (0-2 yrs) with BA/B.Tech/BBA

- Strong in Microsoft Suite (Excel/ PowerPoint/ SharePoint), plus any market research, process automation, or project management exposure/ understanding

- Must be curious and open/ quick to learn, adapt, and deliver

- Bonus: Familiarity with ERP tools (good to have but not mandatory)
