About The Role

MARS Telecom is seeking a strong Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development. The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend-heavy tasks while contributing to front-end development when required. This role involves building scalable APIs, maintaining cloud-hosted services, and ensuring seamless system integrations across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# / .NET Core.
• Build robust and scalable REST APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.
  
  

• Contribute to UI development using AngularJS (as needed).
• Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend services.
  
  

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS (services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Support system stability, monitoring, and debugging in cloud environments.
  
  

• Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  
  

• 4-8 years of hands-on full stack or backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core.
• Practical working experience with AngularJS (1.x).
• Solid understanding of REST API development and integration.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar).
• Experience with at least one database : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role.
  
  

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools or containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
