Job description:

We are seeking an experienced MEAN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js technologies, coupled with a passion for building efficient and robust solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL.
• Act as a Technical Lead, managing day-to-day development activities, guiding the team, assigning tasks, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Interface directly with customers for requirements gathering, technical discussions, and progress updates.
• Own the technical solution architecture and contribute to technology decisions.  Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth through guidance and feedback.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Required skills:

• 5–7 years of full stack development experience with Angular, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Strong expertise in MySQL, including complex queries, optimization, and schema design.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or senior developer with team coordination responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and Agile development processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred skills:

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and QA collaboration.
• Background in working with customer-facing enterprise or B2B/B2C platforms.

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable speaking with customers.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per year
