MES and IIoT Software Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced MES and IIoT Software Engineer to lead and optimize digital manufacturing solutions. This role will focus on implementing and running DELMIA Apriso for MES and Movicon for Machine Connectivity, while leveraging Ortems for advanced production scheduling and planning. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for automating workflows and integrating various enterprise systems for seamless operations.

They will also have experience crafting robust integration frameworks and improving system interfaces to enhance operational efficiency.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Implement and configure DELMIA Apriso MES to manage and monitor production processes.
• Automate manufacturing workflows using BPA to improve production efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Design and deploy work instructions, quality control processes, and traceability in Apriso.
• Optimize BPA workflows to streamline manufacturing operations.
• Implement and Configure Movicon Application to connect machines and integrate those with the MES Machine Integrator Application
• Develop MES extensions within the BPA workflows based on business requirements or equivalent experience
• Perform root cause analysis of issues and solve them within agreed SLA
• Train key users and stakeholders on DELMIA Apriso, BPA, and Ortems functionalities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Demonstrable experience (2 years) in IT integration with expertise in APS applications for advanced planning and scheduling
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies (APIs, web services, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Oracle SOA), PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, packages, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and enterprise system integration.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and Smart Factory concepts.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units and strong problem solving capabilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skills using English, both spoken and written, as will be working with overseas team.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  
  

Experience with Dassault Systems solutions like DELMIA Apriso and DELMIA Ortems.
