Mid level .Net Developer

This self-starter will be responsible for architecting state-of-the-art business solutions. This is a technical role that requires sound software engineering experience and strong technical leadership. If you are a natural problem solver with technical expertise, then this position is for you

In addition to .NET technical expertise, the ideal candidate must be a strong communicator and comfortable working closely with in-house and offshore technical and design teams as well as key contacts within an account to ensure proper execution and delivery of web-based solutions.

Key Responsibiilities
Participation in solution design, concept visualization and functional and technical requirements definition and documentation
Interaction with delivery team and clients to understand business requirements and determine how to best leverage technology to support those requirements in developing effective web solutions
Strong organizational and development skills with high attention to detail
Provide hands-on development
Responsible for defining and implementing data object models
Responsible for design and development of complex business logic
Provide subject matter expertise to identify and translate system requirements into technical architecture and design documentation
Assist in the screening and interviewing of future project team members
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills

Requirements
3+ years experience developing high-performance web applications based on the Microsoft technology stack
Experience architecting complex solutions using ASP.NET & MS SQL
At least 2 years experience in architecting solutions using .NET 2.0 or above
Knowledge in understanding relational database models and developing complex database queries using Microsoft SQL Server
Working experience in architecting/developing SOA (.NET Web Services)
Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio Team System / TFS
Programming experience in: C#, ASP.NET (2.0, 3.0 & 3.5), AJAX, XML, XSLT, XPATH, SQL, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, XHTML, CSS, etc.
Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio Team System / TFS
Excellent technical, analysis, communications, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
Highly motivated individual with deep technology understanding, capable of learning and digesting new technologies rapidly.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work and learn independently
Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas amongst team members of various technical skill levels as well as clients. Written communication skills necessary to express concepts and technical specifications in a clear and concise manner at a level appropriate for the intended audience.
Ability to consult with clients and project teams on .NET Solutions application business requirements analysis, project scope, and effort estimations
Experience architecting, installing and configuring .NET solutions in a lead role
Capable of performing design and configuration of complex systems with a focus on best practices for scalability, supportability and east of administration, and system performance
Ability to effectively collaborate with a development team, business analysts, projects managers, and operate independently
