Job Description

• Lead end-to-end technical solutions across diverse technology stacks, driving innovation and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert, making strategic decisions that ensure scalable, robust, and future-proof systems architecture.
• Drive innovation initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud-native, and microservices into solutions.
• Provide thought leadership through knowledge sharing, contributing to industry events, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Lead architecture design and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Establish best practices in design patterns, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Make strategic recommendations on platform modernization, technical debt, and technology migrations.
• Work closely with product, design, and business teams to transform requirements into highly scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or allied streams.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a
  
  

leadership role.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases
  
  

(MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
